30 for 30 Annual Fund Appeal

At Lassiter, we develop appeals that raise revenue because we take the time to understand our client’s impact, then we craft a compelling call to action that motivates donors to invest. In partnership with the Learning Academy, Lassiter developed and executed the 30 for 30 annual fund appeal. The campaign included a direct mail letter, email series, and pledge card. Lassiter helped the Learning Academy launch the campaign at the organization’s annual benefit golf tournament. At the event, Lassiter provided flyers, a poster, talking points for the ask as well as coaching, and active onsite solicitation.

It’s a topic that affects the future of all nonprofits: Diversity in Philanthropy. Lassiter & Associates designed a dynamic panel on the subject, hosted by the Bank of America and INROADS. It was held August, 2013, in Washington, DC, at The Power of a Dream event as part of the 50-year celebration of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King’s iconic speech.
